Walking into Miss Fox is like walking into a different world. We want our clients to feel like they can leave life behind for a few short hours while we do everything we do best.
Vibrant colours, exuberant textures, wonderful humans. When you look around our salon you'll see an eclectic collection of gorgeous furniture, fittings, and surfaces. Every last piece of the Miss Fox salon is there with intent and a hint of sass. This is a place where magical things happen. It's a vibe.
The very first thing we do, after asking our clients how they are, is have a conversation about what the vision is, and what the budget is. We want to know everything so that our clients leave feeling a million bucks... without any surprises.
Every single human who walks through our doors is treated with the same level of respect. We are warm, welcoming, open-minded, and are focused on making you feel like the absolute best version of you. Amazing, wonderful YOU! Why does this matter when it comes to a hair appointment? Because if you have a vision for your locks, we are here to help you realise that vision - whatever the brief. The only thing that might alter that vision a teeny tiny bit is if we're not sure that your hair is up to the brief.
This is why we ask lots of questions. Some hair styles and colours take a bit of maintenance. We will be honest about what that looks like. Some hair colours or bleach doesn't take to different types of hair. In other words, if we don't think your hair structure will be able to support your vision, we will let you know instead of having you pay for mediocre. We will suggest what will work, and help you achieve something you're still absolutely stoked with.
While you're here at Miss Fox, we want you to have the hair salon of your dreams. No talking? No problem. Head massage? You bet. Or... chats all day, and no head massage. It's totally your choice. We will ask you every time in case you change your mind.

At the end of your experience at Miss Fox, we'll ask you when YOU want to book again, we won't force you to book again in a certain number of weeks. This is for two reasons: first, we prioritise the needs of your DREAM hair style. We consider when you'll realistically need to see us again for a cut or a colour. We'll consider the health of your hair and what you can do to maintain your EPIC new look. We're here to guide you, not oblige you.
And that is what the Miss Fox client experience looks like. It's all about you baby!
