- Please know that as part of our commitment to amazing service and results we ask that you pay a deposit for your appointment (if it’s going to be more than $150). Sweet with that? We knew you would be! Pls keep reading…
- We charge differently to other salons and it all depends on your wonderful self: your hair dreams, your current style and cut, how much product we need to use, and the condition, length and natural vibe of your lush locks. See our full pricing list here. This is why our consultations are SUPER important. When you get prompted to answer some quick questions from us, please take a couple of minutes to let us know all the deets.
- Also, to ensure that we can continue giving the best possible service and results to all our amazing clients, we have a cancellation policy. Long story short, if you need to cancel your appointment at the last minute please get in touch with us as soon as you can, and read all the fine print here.

- First and foremost, until we’ve seen your beautiful face, and your head of hair, we cannot give you a final, 100% quote. But what we can do is give you an indication of what it’s going to cost, based on the info you tell us.
- When you come to Miss Fox, we will go through a few questions with you to learn a bit about you, make sure we’re on the same page, and discuss the options and your vision. At that point we’ll be able to firm up on price a little bit. (This is a great time to let us know if you have a budget, or a time or $$ limit!) For our full pricing list, click here.
- Please understand that everyone’s hair is different. It responds to colour differently, sits differently when cut a certain way and will look different when you go home and wash it for the first time after your EPIC Miss Fox experience! But please also understand that you are in GREAT hands. We are experts in all things hair, we will guide you through your consultation, give you our recommendations, and let you know if something is not going to work on your hair - for whatever reason that may be.
